Review and Approval
Our technical team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the product in its original box with all cables and keycap pullers included, then ship it to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
